When Chris met Jonny at university, he thought the almighty forces of the Universe had at last been in his favour bringing such an amazing friend into his life. However, what Chris did not know was that they had more in store for them than he could have imagined. It does not matter how much you try to ignore something, if it's meant to happen, you won't be able to fight against it, or will you?

The band have finished touring AHFOD, leaving them to live back their normal lifes, but what happens when Chris's feelings for his best friend, his band mate, start rising again? Will this make Chris go mad or will he have to face this for eternity, knowing that if anyone knew of his love for Jonny then he'll be hated upon, or so he thought...

[this was written when I was a young teen. I'm sorry] Just a Buckin fanfic. Also, my first story. It does have a happy ending. After a devastating fight on Christmas Eve, Chris left London and took refuge in his New York flat. He thought that this Christmas was gonna be his loneliest, that he wouldn't have anybody with him to share his thoughts and feelings. He thought that he deserved to die. He was wrong. Through a series of almost impossible incidents, he rediscovers forgotten memories and their significance in shaping his life, with the help of a mysterious green eyed lady. Thousands of thoughts cloud his mind, and hundreds of feelings sweep over him. The pain becomes unbearable. But every cloud has a silver lining. Everyone has a reason to live. AU // AHFOD era Chris is living his dream playing the biggest tour his band has ever done. He has everything he ever wanted and after all that time he is finally perfectly happy with where his band is. But why does it suddenly feel like everything about his private life is just not the way it is supposed to be? Playing huge shows keeps him distracted but eventually he has to face the truth he had been holding back all along.
