In this universe, Izuku will inherit One For All (OFA), while Issei will inherit the Boosted Gear. the two half-brothers are the grandson's Ddraig, it means that they're half dragon, and their natural physiology will attract many females from heroines to supernatural female entities who will be after their seeds while helping them alongside to become future pro heroes of two worlds.
