The whole world was obsessed with the concept of Soulmates. Everyone couldn't wait to finally see their soulmate and kiss them. The Law of the world, You kiss your soulmate as soon as you see them. Luffy wanted to rebel against it, but everyone in the world would vote against him if he tried to say anything.

Introverted, kinda grumpy, look depressed all the time, and always look tired, 24 years old Trafalgar Law spends most of his time alone (and he prefers that way.). One day, a friendly and bubbly guy suddenly moved in the same apartment and floor as him. Coincidencely, that day is the day where there will be a person who will moved beside his house. Suddenly, his life took a very surprising turn.

Everyone has a demon hidden inside them, but there are only some who are stupid enough to try and force them out. There are also some who are unable to control them, making them dangerous to the people around- especially their loved ones. WARNING! Everyone gets marks at least once in their lifetime. It's just a matter of when. Marks can appear red, or black, the marks aren't set in stone. They're subject to change, they can disappear, change color, or even scar. A black mark means feelings on all sides are mutual, red means the love is unrequited, and well, a scar comes from a mark dying. Law is not one easily persued, he's never gotten a mark, and finds them to be, putting it frankly, a load of crap. How could some inexplainable mark on the skin determine love anyway? Luffy, on the other hand, loves so much. He's had four marks, all of which have scared. Luffy has been through a lot, he's convinced himself marks are cursed in the past. But this time he'll make sure it's different.
