A lot can change in five seconds. When Castiel reaches over to get something from his shotgun passenger Dean, he hits something in the road and their '67 Impala is flung upside down with Castiel, Dean, and his brother Sam still inside.

Dean wake's up, to find Crowely there, not sure why, only knowing he is alive somehow. Then he ends up running into a few people. There pretty freaked out that hes a Demon and they have to help him become normal Dean again. And if not, at least get it kinda under control... Enjoy :)
