After a fight between Draco and Harry, Dumbledore had finally had enough of their little 'rival' and let their punishment fall into the hands of Snape... Unfortunately, his suggestion was nothing compared to what they had in mind.

While wandering through the Forbidden Forest, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy get into some unfortunate mishaps that lead to a fortunate event in the end.

Draco was different. 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 different. In both good and bad ways. He was nicer,sweeter, more facinated with the world around him. He was so facinated with space, that he wore stars in his hair! Odd, right? Sadly, he was thinner, sickly pale, had dark bags under his eyes, and ,for some odd reason, always wore long sleeves. In place of the stone cold boy that was in Hogwarts for 7 years, there was a soft, broken boy. Two things about him didn't change though. His ability to hide his true feelings. And, his feelings for 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Hanahaki: An extremely rare medical disability that children born from magic can be diagnosed with. Hanahaki is a development made as a foetus when said child is unwanted. Triggered by rejection of any kind from people close to the diseased. Hanahaki disease is extremely dangerous and if it begins to take affect you are encouraged to see a healer as soon as possible. The diseased will grow flowers in the lungs as to please the rejector/rejectors. Here we follow the story of Draco Lucius Malfoy, the Slytherin Prince. He has always known that he has Hanahaki and has been waiting for one of two things: a cure or the rejection that will surely kill him. He never expected that his fathers rejection of his unwillingness to give himself up to the Dark Lord would deliver the final blow. We watch as he realises that this will possibly be his last year on the earth and we witness how he makes the best of his limited time. We watch as this cold, mean Malfoy changes into something better, something beautiful. We follow Harry as he watches his every move in suspicion, until one evening -after he follows Draco to the prefects bathroom- he witnesses his 'arch enemy' hacking up flowers. How will Harry react? What will this information do to Harry's perception of Draco? What will come of their relationship, or lack thereof? Cover doesn't belong to me.

It's another year at Hogwarts, and it doesn't really seem like a lot has changed. A whole summer had passed since the war between the students and teachers of Hogwarts, against Voldemort and his Death Eaters, meaning that the break was over and it was time to go back to school for muggles, but more importantly, Harry and his two best friends would be returning back to their beloved school of Witchcraft and Wizardry for a final year. However, not all is fine and dandy, seeing as none other than Draco Malfoy and his minions would be returning to the same school also. Some people really don't change, and Draco hasn't in the slightest. Still being the smug, immature boy that he is, he continues to taunt and pick on Harry despite the fact that Harry had once saved his life during the war. But who knows? Maybe hatred isn't really what sits underneath the surface between these two teenage boys. Perhaps Draco just picks on Harry because he wants his attention, he just won't come to that conclusion...
