In this story it takes after sealing Mukuro, after that the Ratatoskr create an AI to help them against DEM and not only that to create peace in the world, until Ultron sees the horror on the world on what chaos they create he rebels against Ratatoskr and now they have a new enemy. What does peace means to Ultron? It only means that the extinction of humanity will be the true peace, but how? The answer, is that there will be no longer threat against peace if humanity is extinct and by creating a body like his will be the next humanity.
