Elena is kidnapped by a group of witches from the French Quarter and is tortured by them. They want to use her to get to Elijah and information about the originals. Elijah finds out and becomes murderous. He kills them and takes Elena back to the compound to help heal her. Takes place after season 6 of TVD, no coma and she broke up with Damon. Jo was never attacked by Kai and Elena never took the cure.

So, I have decided to write about Elena, and the Mikaelsons family. This is because I can not choose between Kol, Klaus, and Elijah. I do not own the vampire diaries, or the originals. I will try to update as much as as possible, comment. **Note, this story will mainly revolve around Elena and the Mikaelsons. But, Damon, Bonnie, Stefan, Caroline, Matt, Jeremy, And Enzo will be involved.**

Elena never knew what is going on with the Originals but when Rebekah comes knocking on her door at 5 o'clock in the morning she feels an ache in her heart that she didn't feel for a few years. Elena x Elijah One Shot. Some events are made earlier/changed to fit in but otherwise set in between 3x14 and 3x15. When Esther Mikaelson tries to kill her family, Elena can't help but interfere - she's a do gooder. Well that, and the fact that she can't bear to see him die.

After Elijah realizes Elena has turned off her emotion he has decided to help her. Bonnie and Elijah only have one choice and that is to send Elena back in time to where she believes everything went wrong at. Upon arriving back in time Elena decides not only will she change the fate of her family but hers and Elijah's relationship.
