The pack has recently been neglecting Stiles they leave him out of everything. The reason because he's the weak human of the group but as it so happens Stiles actually isn't human at all he's a vampire. An original to be exact. He was born just before Rebekah and just after Klaus. The Beacon Hills school has taken a field trip to New Orleans for a few weeks which also happens to be the place where the other Mikaelsons are living AKA the royals of New Orleans. What happens when the pack finds out Stiles isn't human and meets his siblings.
