A story of Irondad and Spiderson because they are the best! Only Tony and Peter dad and son relationship. When Peter comes home to find Aunt May kissing some stranger, it doesn't end well. Even less well it ends when his aunt finds out that he's spiderman. Peter wants a place to stay for a few days... then for a few weeks... then for... forever?!?!

All Peter wanted was a cookie from the top shelf. That's it. Now, on top of interrupting Tony in a very important meeting, the boy has a broken hand and a very worried father he has to deal with. Oh, boy is he screwed.

Tony was giving up on life. He was ready to die after being dumped on the bunker in Siberia by Rogers. Nobody cared about him. But he didn't die. He woke up three days later to a crying Peter. Maybe somebody actually cared about him he thought, and slowly he realised how important Peter was and promised to not give up. Promise to live for Peter, for his kid. When Peter's suit goes off-line during a very massive and powerful thunderstorm, Tony does the right thing and worries. A lot. Luckily, Rhodey is a good friend and goes looking for Peter, leaving behind the still injured billionaire to pace the floor of the penthouse. He doesn't have to wait long, but the state Rhodey finds his son in does nothing to ease the father's worries. In fact, it seems to make him worry even more, if that was even possible. (Hint: It is.)

The snap has left them broken. But Stark seems to be the same as ever. Still surrounded by the ones he loves. They don't know what he's lost and he's not sure he wants to tell them, but you'll be damn sure he'll get it back. [ minor endgame spoilers but not canon compliant ]

He couldn't remember, probably because he had failed another test that Peter had aced. It was kind off unnerving, seeing Peter stand there with a small child in his arms glaring at a man. The class was silent. Nobody intervened. Nobody had too.

All Tony wanted to do was get a Happy Meal for his son, eat some chicken nuggets and go home. However, when they are ambushed by a group of information-hungry journalists, bitter childhood memories are forced to the surface and the father will do anything to protect his child from people that have stalked him his whole life.
