The year is 1950. Gang violence in the country of Italy has escalated more in the past year than it ever has. The criminal underworld is locked in a three way conflict between the three biggest gangs in the country. The Alzati, Consolé and the most successful of the three, La Prima Vita. While the bosses of each gang play a careful game of chess with one another, the lower ranking members fight over territory, assets and more recently a strange arrow that could change the tide of the war. The road to victory is within sight, but who will obtain the power they need to control all of Italy? This story is set in an alternate universe. While it could be somewhat canon compliant, the events of parts 1-6 as well as 7 and 8 never occurred in this universe. However, every element from the canon story of JoJo's does exist. Stands, Hamon, Spin and even races such as the Pillarmen. Furthermore while all characters and stands are original, certain familiar names will make a return in the story. Team PRPL is a story set in an alternate universe, following the adventures of Team PRPL in Atlas. It is a spinoff of an already existing RWBY fanfiction, and takes place concurrent to the events of RWBY Volume 1. It features a mix of original and canon characters, as well as a slightly updated take on the worldbuilding of Remnant and RWBY as a whole.

A year before the events of RWBY Volume 1, as well as Team PRPL: The Spinoff Nobody Wanted or Asked For, two teams of Haven students are sent out on a mission to a remote Mistralian village. This mission, initially intended on aiding the struggling teams in finding their dynamic, quickly turns dark as more players reveal themselves. The students are uncertain if they will make it out of this mission alive, but one thing is guaranteed. It will etch their legacy into the history books of Remnant forever.
