Am not gonna lie it is pretty sad and maybe disturbing. Animals die in this book. Don't ever get a traumatised dog if you are not experienced at all! It will neither make you, nor the dog happy. Rescuing dogs is definitely something that should be supported but not everyone is up for the challenge. None of these characters belong to me (well, yes, the dog does).
