I love every part of this story, from the descriptions to the references. It's humorous and dramatic, tragic and fiery. I love this story so much oh my god 🥺 this story is so different than your usual fanfiction in all the best ways- the heroine is strong and can take care of herself, but she has flaws and she's not a mary sue. A developed world besides just the stuff shown in the story, complicated and memorable characters, beautiful writing, this story is just the best <3 Y e s No other words can describe this book because I'd have to use them all (Not your basic "love at first sight" story where there is no or rarely a mention of the Jedi's rules and Obi-Wan's commitment to them. (Because let's be honest here, it's almost impossible to make him ignore the rules) Plus, besides the romance, there is much more in this story and an actual plotline. Obi-Wan had an extended mission on Mandalore when he was younger, protecting the Duchess. We never got to see their story, and this is what I believe could have happened. A year is a long time, and who knows what happened when they didn't have to put up a facade? -I do not own Star Wars or any of the characters. Has been ranked #1 in Satine, #5 in Obi-Wan and #4 in Qui-Gon (Honestly that's such a big honor. 😭)
