On a day, a unknown woman asks for a audience with the king and queen. She claims to know a spell that will reveal every sorcerer in the kingdom, and if he has used his magic for good or dark things. Merlin is in a conflict with himself. Is this woman a con artist, or have Gaius and he to fear for their future?

While on a camping trip, Merlin was obviously exhausted as he'd been acting strange all day. As he falls asleep, Gwaine finds a small leather bound journal hidden away in the servants coat, which he soon learns is a journal. He reads a few to himself, then to the Knights. They all soon realize how sad and how seemingly alone Merlin believes he is. They all realize, just how little they know about Merlin. [Hint: The Knights and Arthur learn about Freya!]
