In some other reality, Kaitou Kid is not Kaito Kuroba, but Sagaru Hakuba! When Hakuba's father dies under suspicious circumstances after the police investigation of a crime organization, Sagaru discovers his father was secretly Kaitou Kid. Unable to understand why a member of the police department would also be a thief, Hakuba takes up his father's mantle and becomes the new Kaitou Kid. Written as part of the Poirot Cafe's 15th theme contest for Detective Conan/Magic Kaito fanfic. The theme was AU, and I used the optional prompt of role swap. This is a stand alone short story.

Sachina also loved reading fanfiction about DC. After reading so many, she dreamed to be in the world as Kudo Shinichi's older sister. What will happen if her dream comes true? After getting into an accident, Sachina is given another life. However, this time, it's in her and her brothers favourite anime, Detective Conan. In the after life, she was given the chance to chose what she wanted. She decided to be a detective in the FBI and to be able to help, what she wanted to be, her little brother, Kudo Shinichi, later known as Edogawa Conan. She also wished to be the best and most able FBI agent. Kudo Sayuri was born 10 years before the protagonist, Shinichi (her parents are 10 years older than in the anime so just add 10 years to their age). She was born super smart due to her past life. What happens when she meets the man that infiltrates the Black Organisation, Akai Shuichi? Will something spark between them? (I don't own Detective Conan, only Taiba Sachina/Kudo Sayuri.)

This story takes place after the mistery train case and a little before the scarlet case. It contains spoilers until Kid VS Kômei case and elements from Wild Police Story (a DCMK spin-off). The protagonist is an OC and the story is written from her point of view.
