[Book two in 'The Test' series] The test was finally over. Everyone woke up. They all remembered what they had forgotten in the test. But even with this being the case, some have forgotten the test completely, as if it never happened. And Jack just so happens to be one of the people that can't remember the test. Lexi, John, and Natalie don't know what the reason for it is, but they're sure this is just another sick trick caused by Reid. And to make matters worse, Reid is the father Jack thought he lost years ago to a fire. The test may be over but for others, it seems, another test has just begun. Side note: This book and series has plot holes and other writing errors I hope to fix in the future. It can be a really confusing ride because I got a bit lazy in this book. Like, seriously, I messed up big time while writing this one and this needs major fixing. I'm not even the slightest bit joking. This. Is. Bad. Like, really bad. But I hope you enjoy if you do decide to read this... :) ❒❒❒❒ Books in this series include: The Test [Book One] (COMPLETED)-A Wattys2014 Beginner's Luck Award winner in TheWattys. The Program [Book Two] (COMPLETED) The Computer [Prequel] (ONGOING) Short Stories For The Test [A Short Story Book] (FOREVER ONGOING)-Now including: Short Stories For The Program

[Book one in 'The Test' series] All seventeen year old Lexi James wanted to do this summer was spend it with her friends. But what happens when she goes to sleep one night and spends it with one-hundred and forty-nine random strangers instead? Being in a fake dream world, one where you're stuck in your mind, while also being controlled by computer codes is one thing, but what about her waking up inside that dream world and not remembering her life outside it? And here's the thing, it's all a test. A test for what? To save humanity. But why does humanity need saving? She doesn't know. She only wants to complete the test, and do all she can to get out. Amazing trailer by: @AlyxMck Side note: This book and series has plot holes and other writing errors I hope to fix in the future. It can be a really confusing ride because I got a bit lazy in the second book. But I hope you enjoy if you do decide to read this :) ❒❒❒❒ Books in this series include: The Test [Book One] (COMPLETED)-A Wattys2014 Beginner's Luck Award winner in thewattys. In the not-so-distant future, artificial intelligence is banned because a technophobic cult called the Luddites has proclaimed it a threat to humanity. Torrin is a fifteen-year old autistic girl -- who just happens to be a programming genius. Angry at the Luddites' unfair rules, Torrin creates an AI named Alan, who becomes more like a human every day. But the head of the Luddites, Ian Caulkins, is onto her, and Torrin must prove to the world that Alan is an asset -- not a threat. -- Author's note, December 2017: Hey guys, since this is my most popular story on Wattpad, I'd just like to say a few things. I've gotten a lot better at writing since I wrote this, and I'm planning to majorly revise it at some point, so look out for that. Read this version if you like, but just know that it does have flaws and could certainly be better. Also, I think the autistic representation in this is a little iffy, so take it with a grain of salt. Thanks! -- author's note 2025: lol. lmao. this story has probably aged extremely poorly. please do not take the "artificial intelligence" here as a statement about "AI" as it currently exists. anyway, i'm leaving this up for posterity, but do know that you should probably check out better fiction! if you need recommendations, i like ted chiang's work a lot, and i'd also encourage looking into what he has to say about AI. (no good things, fwiw.) -- A 20,000 word novella. Enjoy! -- This was #292 Science Fiction at some point! Thanks all! :)

NON-FICTION In this modern era of constantly developing technologies, digital devices are the utmost crucial resources that underpins all of the luxuries and factors of staying synchronized with the rest of the world. Computers are amongst the most ideal examples of such digital devices - the 21st century miracle machines. Without computers, we may find it increasingly difficult to navigate through the limits set by the demanding needs of modern lifestyles. And ofcourse, we require a minimum level of basic knowledge about information and communication technology (ICT) in order to calibrate ourselves with the other nations' advancing technology. ---------- ACHIEVEMENTS ---------- On 25th November 2020 : #1 in webdesign #1 in globalization #7 in computing #9 in computerscience #96 in research

These are just a few of my own experience, expectation vs reality and tips for juniors to see what are the pros and cons of taking Computer Science as a Major in University. Bear in mind that these are what I experience in where I'm currently studying, these may not cover all aspects and may not be similar with others' experiences, so be more open minded and hopefully this will give you some of the idea of how things work as a Computer Science Major.
