Revealed by Toothless, the attacker hides in a changewing cloak, invisible. This is a type of foe the riders have never dealt with. Once again, the Dragon Hunters are rising, after a new power. With the mystery attacker hot on their heels, the riders must try to fight both Dragon Hunters and the girl with the changewing cloak.
