It seems that for some reason, Wanda Maximoff had decided to take control of a small town and hold it's people hostage for unknown reasons. No-one knew what was going on as there was a giant square field that surrounded the small town which blocked all communications inside. Or In which, Peter Parker gets sent on a mission to stop Wanda Maximoff and if possible, free the people of Westview, New Jersey though it seems that he would never get that far.
