A couple of years after the war with Dirt Face, Percy and Annabeth are spending their 1 year anniversary in Sokovia. When Ultron attacks, Percy and Annabeth are dragged into the fighting. When the battle is over, the two go back to Camp Half-Blood so they aren't found after using their powers. So that's what's happening here. Rick Riordan owns the HOO and PJO characters (along with Magnus who will be making an appearance) and Marvel owns SHEILD, HYDRA, and, the Avengers.
