Tom Rosewood, a sophomore in highschool, is still trying to get over a teenage love which makes things a bit.....messy. He lost a majority of his friends through middle school and finds it hard to meet others. Though soon, someone will finally be there to mend his wounds, and lead him through a couple hoops.

Tom always had felt a chill. Not one of fear, not one of being calm or as if he was stuck in a freezer, but an empty kind of chill. People were like ghosts; they would just stare and pass through him as if his words weren't enough. He never understood attraction until the moment the two shared. The feelings he felt were indescribable, but that's all he needed to know. He didn't feel warmth like being next to a fire; he felt warmth in his heart.

All Matt wanted was that pretty mirror. But when he tried to get it using an unconventional and frankly illegal method, he created so many more problems than he solved.
