Y/N was not your average 11 year old. That's all she knew while living on the run with her little brother. Weird things always happened around her, so she wasn't surprised when she was informed that she possessed magic. Skeptical? Yes. But not surprised. Whisked off to Hogwarts, she meets fellow students; some of whom she befriends. Since the beginning she could not get along with James Potter, who happened to be in the same house as herself. She could not stand the boy who had a seemingly perfect life; rich and smart with two loving parents, while she had none of those. She envied him and that envy turned into dislike. James Potter on the other hand was extremely curious about the muggle-born girl who seemed to hate him from day 1. Over the years he will try to befriend the girl only to slowly start falling in love with her.
