In this alternate ending of the Clato fanfiction "Needing the Impossible", Cato and Clove make it to the end of the Hunger Games and come out the victors. I could give you a lame synopsis, but I'd rather you just read it for yourself and tell me what you think :)

''I don't believe you!" Cato roared.. ''Cato, I had a misscarrige'' Clove rushed out. ''What? You lying! Your lying!" Cato shoke. ''Leukaemia, what's that?" Cato asked. ''What do you mean he's dead?" Clove hollered. ''I have MND" Astrel told Clove. She dropped her glass. ''Cato Rhiyadh's gone!!!!!" She screamed. 'TWINS?" Clove whispered. ''Thats six" ''If we keep going the way we're going, we'll be living on the side of the street'' ''I just want a normal life, I didn't sign up for this!" Clove told Clarice. ''I haven't slept in a month, I don't need to hear your problems!" Clove yelled at Izabelle. ''Mommy, are you and Daddy not it love any more?" Rhiyadh asked. ''No angel, why do you ask?" No longer are the people of Panem outwardly tolerant of President Snow's murderous actions. Under the facade of a normal group of Gamemakers, several rebellious citizens have begun an experiment which, if it succeeds, will make use of technology both to rescue the tributes before they are dead and then deposit the brainwashed children back in time. They have to try it. No one knows what horrors future Hunger Games may bring, and the desperate rebels are willing to try anything. Meanwhile, in the mountainous regions of District 2, Cato Hadley and Clove Kentwell have trained their whole lives for the Games. Nevertheless, their ambitions change when they, without meaning to, find themselves in the Games together. They are both determined to win. But if they don't, what will happen to them? The brainwashed tributes who land in New York City know nothing of who they are or where they are from. They do not remember Panem, or the Games, or even their own names.
