At age 10, (Y/N) (L/N) became one of the first Hashira's along side her mentor Sakonji Urokodaki. However, despite the honor of becoming a Hashira, she does not see herself fit for the title. Only Urokodaki and Ubuyashiki know about her breathing style. 10 years have passed since that faithful day. Now that the Hashira's have grown into 10, she starts to open up to her fellow demon slayers. One of the newer Hashira's catch her attention. Tanjiro couldn't bother with the smell of blood anymore. He's tired of cleaning up all the blood from his mother's beatings. Why should he? They don't care- nobody does. So he sits there, begging for death's mercy, and it came in the form of a man in black and grey. So when he wakes up in the snow next to a girl in familiar pink, he couldn't help but be confused.

Once every year, Kamado family danced Hinokami Kagura as a form of praying to their God: Fire Goddess. As a return, The Beloved Fire Goddess bestowed Her protection for their well-being. It's only a given that Tanjirou had an odd luck and odd weapon on his hip. Fire Goddess had recognized him as the first bornーthe one who would sacrifice anything for the greater good, especially when his family was involved. And thus, She gave him her Special Blessing, or so what he said. Sadly (for Tanjirou), the others didn't think the same. "Either way, that sword is too strange! What kind of sword that can sever destiny and karmaーor what the hell with that!" "That's just rude, Zenitsu..."

Kagaya Ubuyashiki loves his children equally. Well, especially his real children that came from him and his wife. But also the demons slayers and his pillars. He loves and treat them equally. He always believes even if he had breath at his last, they wouldn't let him down by taking down the lower and upper moons. And of course his mortal, or I should immortal (well except if they did kill him) enemy, Muzan Kibutsuji. And even if they didn't in the future, he's still proud of them to be his Hashiras. But even though, they all know this. Tomioka Giyuu still has doubt for himself. The memories of his bestfriend, Sabito. And his first crush, Makomo. Being defeated by the Big Demon, in front of his eyes. It's still shows in his mind. And every now and then, Tomioka can't help but let his emotions affect his job. Even he burst out open, in discreet. Well, until she appears.

"Don't worry, Rui. Nee-san will always be here with you, even if you cannot turn back into a human," He remembers her then. He remembers all the effort she has put into. He remembers the warmth of her back as she often carried him around the house. While she does the chores in a splendid manner, keeping it clean and free of dust. He remembers those words she would speak to him when putting him to sleep. He remembers being adopted into her family, only to bring great tragedy. Yet, she didn't blame him in any sort of way. Telling him that it was God's choice to take away her family. He remembers her effort in protecting himself back then, preventing him from getting killed. Trying her best to gain the trust and faith of all the demon slayers she has crossed path with. Only to become, the Shadow Hashira that vowed to return him to human.
