Kerowyn Maes was the runt of the Midnight Hunt pack. She was a surprise after her older twin's birth and lived, despite most believing that the weak pup would die before she hit one years old. Despite her living, no one actually wanted to care for her, so she became an Omega to both her family and her pack. Raised under such a station, despite a dominate wolf born of her bloodline, she does her best to avoid giving her pack reason to kill or kick her out before she can go on her own. Even so the small werewolf waits patiently for the day she can find her mate and be lifted from her despised position. But fate didn't ever make her life easy. Again she is tossed into an unfavorable position but now she is free to carve her own path and she plans on showing everyone that even the unwanted can do that which everyone else could.

When a rogue threatens the kingdom, what is a runt to do? Ever, a runt and tracker for her pack, gets the opportunity of her life when the king comes to her pack, recruiting warriors and trackers alike. She takes her chance to get out of her birth pack and prove her worth to her kingdom. She gets to discover what it means to be a tracker, a runt, and she gets to find out what it means when she lets others in. Azrael, Lead Rogue Hunter and nephew to the king, knows that he's a vital part to his pack and to the kingdom, but he just doesn't know where his life is going. Traveling with his uncle to the closest allied packs, he catches sight of the one wolf who may make him realize who and what he's supposed to be. * I can still scent the wolf and the smell of evergreens and the fresh air around me becomes stronger. But that doesn't make sense, though. The air can't suddenly become stronger unless... /The wolf from earlier!/ The one I keep smelling. I push myself as I sprint forward. I pass many wolves and I doubt any of them can sense me until I've already passed them. I follow the stronger scent of the wolf and the pack scent on him makes it easier for me when his personal scent conflicts with the forest around me. My eyes flicker back and forth quickly as I take in my surroundings but I can't find who the scent belongs to. My pace slows down as his stronger scent fades and I circle around a little to try and pick it up but it doesn't . A growl rumbles through my chest as the wolf evades me again. I'm used to always being able to find the wolf I'm hunting and to keep losing this wolf's scent is making me crazy. /How does he keep escaping me?/ *The image that I have used for the cover is credited to Balaa on DeviantArt!*

With only three weeks left of summer, Nora and her friends decided to road trip to a secluded territory with a wondrous lake in Northwest Indiana. Unbeknownst to them, the territory has been claimed by one of the most powerful men in North America, and they were trespassing. A while later, Nora runs into this owner of the land, and despite his intimidating aura there's another foreign emotion settling deep in her chest whenever her brown eyes connect with his striking silver gaze. Unfamiliar to the feeling, Nora shrugs it off; completely oblivious to the fact that not only has she now captured the interest of the most powerful and dangerous man in North America, but has also set foot inside a whole different world known to only exist in mythical books. * Note: This is not your classical Werewolf story. * Top rankings: #1 in Romance - 3rd January, 2021 #1 in Myth - 6th January, 2021 #1 in Legend - 24th January, 2021 #1 in Fiction - 9th August, 2021 * Word count: 90,000 - 100,000
