It all started with a dare between two lifelong best friends, Wednesday Elliot and Kate Bishop. "I dare you to ring the bell in the clock tower." Kate, Wednesday and Clint have no idea how this is going to end now their lives are tangled up in this mess together, but Kate and Wednesday do know one thing. It'll probably end with a dare.
