Veronica is in high school and trapped in a toxic relationship. When she finds out she's pregnant her boyfriend doesn't want anything to do with the baby, his baby. Apparently he isn't ready for that kind of responsibility so she leaves him. She's raising her daughter by herself. She's okay with that. They are happy. They may not have a lot of money but they have each other and that's all they need. One day though a certain red head walks into Veronica's life and makes her reconsider her opinion about love.

Veronica loved Archie more than ever and she already saw herself getting married to him some day in the future. On prom night though her whole life turned upside down. She found out that he cheated on her with her best friend. For a while she didn't talk to neither of them. She was crying for days. The day she moved to New York for college, her life went even more downhill. She found out she was pregnant and the father is no one else than a cheating asshole. In that moment she needed Betty, her best friend, more than ever and she forgave her. She asked her to tell Archie about the pregnancy because she wanted her baby to have a father. Now she goes back to Riverdale once a month so her baby can spend time with Archie and she can spend time with Betty or her parents.

Archie is a success business man and a single father of twins. He tries to spend as much time with them as possible but his work does not always allow that. The four year old kids are always the last in kindergarten when he picks them up or they are already asleep when he picks them up from his parents' house. He hires a Nanny for help and when the pretty, raven haired woman moves in, all of their lives change.

Veronica has reached everything in her life. She's still young but already really successful. She has two adorable children and a handsome husband. However her life changed drastically a couple of months ago. She pretends to be fine for her children but one evening changes everything and Veronica makes a decision that not everyone in her life will like.

Veronica and Archie's life could be considered perfect. They are happily married, have three amazing kids, live in a nice house and have a good income. But appearances are often deceptive. Archie is barely home. He's in the army and Veronica is basically raising their kids on her own. This is not what she imagined her life to look like when she married Archie. She wants to be strong for her children but she's breaking inside. She doesn't know how much longer she can keep the facade up. Things seem to be perfect when Archie's home but when he leaves Veronica wonder why she married him in the first place.
