Death's supposed to be final. But a true Black doesn't bow down to any rule, not even that one. Aurora was rescued from dying, caught by her mother, by magic, by a golden glow cast by an angel. Finally back, things have drastically changed. Lord Voldemort's inevitable return has arrived and it seems Aurora was brought back for a reason. She might have been brought back by the light but it was the darkness she came back for. Darkness in the shape of a very attractive young man who leads Aurora further and further away from her past and towards a future she might not be ready for. So while Britain is busy denying the return of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, Harry has some obvious problems with his mental health and Dumbledore sets his masterplan in motion, Aurora tries very hard to become what is expected of her after her world has been turned upside down. ~~~ The Princess of Light is the fifth book in the Artemis Lupin series. I recommend you read the other four books first. She was used to investigating mysteries on her own. People were untrustworthy. They lied. They tried to change the past. But the past couldn't be changed. Her own past was complicated. Especially because she wasn't the one hiding it, it was kept from her. For a good reason, they thought. The dream was her only lead. The only way to figure it all out. The dream was simply the end of a curse and the beginning of a nightmare. Because some secrets are better kept secret. The web of lies and deceit only got more complicated. Familymembers talked out of turn. The wise man was far too interested and the dark saw the truth in her eyes. Because her dream was simply the story. The story of betrayal, friendship but mostly death. But the thing that could ruin it all, was the very thing they couldn't change. It was the only truth in the past of lies. Her grey eyes and his black blood. ~started august 2018 - completed 28 december 2018~ *All rights to the Harry Potter universe go to J.K. Rowling.*

When a boy, who's already lost everything, and a girl, who can't help but question what she has, meet, it's like destiny itself brought the two together. Artemis Lupin is a young witch with an air of charm and sarcasm. She has a way of getting on your nerves yet you can't help but like her. But underneath that seemingly 'open book' lies a girl who never belonged. Even though she's supposed to be a member of a high status pureblooded family, she's always had trouble adapting to their rules. Nobody knows exactly how much she's struggling with herself and the nightmare that never seems to go away. As she tries to prevent her friend from getting killed because of his dangerous curiousity and disability to think ahead, she gets sucked more and more into the mystery of the Philosopher's Stone. ~~~~ The girl with golden hair is the first book in the Artemis Lupin series. Power was shifting. Magic soared through the air. Anger turned into a storm. It was coming. When asked about their fourth year, a few decades later, Elizabeth described it as the year where she found out how great falling in love with the player felt. Victoria saw it as the year where she first realised how many different kinds of love there were. Harry's memory had turned it into a year of extreme jealousy and Hermione's into one of heartbreak. But when people would ask Aurora what it felt like to be fourteen, she said: "I was fourteen when my world was truly turned upside down. And only one person could put it right again. Unfortunately, that person wasn't me, because I had lost." ~~~ The competing championd is the fourth book in the Artemis Lupin series. I recommend you read the other three first. Love is the strongest form of magic in the world. Love is worth living for, worth dying for and sometimes even worth killing for. While Harry comes to terms with the Prophecy indicating him as the Chosen One, Aurora finds herself more and more part of a legacy she didn't even know existed until the year before. And then there's Caspian Beaufort, the handsome Lord of a famous wizarding House. Who is he really? And what is he hiding? 1996 was the year of solved mysteries. 1997 the year of Voldemort's strength. This is the time in which everything that had been on the edge finally falls apart and the young students are thrown into a world full of danger, chaos and lethal rascism. ~~~ The Boy who Loved is the sixth book in the Artemis Lupin/Aurora Black series. To say that Oliver Wood had a slight obsession with Quidditch was an understatement. It was borderline unhealthy. He loved the sport, but he hated losing. While he hated losing to any team, there was one team he hated losing to the most. Surprisingly enough, it was the Ravenclaw team. But it wasn't for reasons that many would suspect, it was because of who played on the Ravenclaw team. Melanie Anderson has been playing for the Ravenclaw Quidditch team as Chaser since her second year. What started off as friendly competition turned into rivalry as she and Oliver Wood made it their sole mission to have their teams beat each other every year. Oliver wants to win for the sake of winning, but Melanie wants to win just to see the frustrated look on Oliver's face because it's just so damn cute. Plus, who wouldn't want to hear the sexy Scottish voice curse their name?
