A short story I wrote inspired by a book called The Black Rose Season. If you've read the book you will understand the plot with the stars. Most of it is my work, but the part where the boy is watching the stars is inspired by the book. It's a ryden story, but wether its in Brendon or Ryan's view is your call.

Brendon and Ryan have been secretly dating since eight grade. It is now their junior year and things are getting stressful with fake girlfriends and strict religion. Will their love be caught? Will they ever be able to show the world?

Ryan is the new kid at his school, and he doesn't fit in quite well. He is quiet, shy, helpless kind of guy. He doesn't have any friends either so that makes matters ten times worse since he's a bully magnet. Ryan has a bunch of problems at home, in school, and with himself. Brendon, the musician that all the girls drool over can't help but being outgoing and popular. He has a lot of secrets as well. What are they? Big events causing big drama between the two, only to realize their true selves, and sexuality. But all things have problems in the way with them parents, drama, and etc.

Will Brendon get it out of him or lose his best friend in the process?
