Only 0.5% of the population are nekos, jus to see a Neko is extremely rare, they're usually encaged and used at test subjects, or even kept in zoos. So the Neko population has dropped expediently and is very close to extinction. Nekos are humans with cat characteristics. Ears, tail, heats, senses, agility, flexibility and ect.
