You spoke with your fists more than you spoke with your words the hate poured out of you and onto me for all the things that weren't my fault You've beaten the fight out of me taught me not to run and tell a lesson made in blood turned me into your slave You showed me kindness in rare moments you didn't make my life hell a manipulation or a nicer side to you I could never tell You fed me breadcrumbs made me treasure them like gold until I worshipped the ground you walked on and looked at you like one might look at God You upped and left never said a goodbye it hurt more than the most painful fist and the cruelest lie You became a ghost haunted me for a decade showed up in memories and dreams and one summer night in real life All rights reserved. Some people are designed to follow the rules. Thomas is one of them. Raised in the shadowy corridors of a Catholic Church, ideas like order, routine, and discipline are the binds that keep his life together. As the head boy and leader of the next generation of orphans, he has never questioned the rules he never dared to break. That is, until a certain sharp tongued American decides to test that faith. Because, yes, some people are designed to follow the rules. And some people are designed to break them. After being slung across the Atlantic into a church stuck centuries in the past, Damien sees his last minute adoption as the final nail in the coffin of his freedom. Bedtimes, chores, rules, punishments, it's a joke he didn't find funny. But there is one interesting thing here. A dark secret held by the biggest rule follower of them all, a secret Damien can't help intensifying. Because some rules were meant to be broken.

"You're lying." Zavier spoke so low that even he barely heard his words himself. "Huh?" He picked up the volume of his voice this time, "You're lying." "No I'm not." "Okay, so if I was to come this close-" Zavier lifted Isaac's face by his chin and brought his face close to his. "- You would feel nothing." Isaac's nerves began to rise a bit, but maybe it was because of the alcohol that he wasn't terrified, "Yes. Exactly that." He agreed. "Even if our lips-" Zaviers lips brushed his, increasing his heart rate rapidly. It didn't last long, but it was enough to send Isaac's mind into a frenzy. "-brushed like this, you wouldn't feel anything." Isaac couldn't trust his voice, so just nodded, being full aware of the fact his cheeks were most definitely glowing red. "You lie a lot Isaac." Zavier whispered against his lips and leaned closer, making it look like he was about to close the gap. Isaac's eyes closed, expecting a pair of lips to meet his, but he was instead met with a bit of breeze from Zavier leaning backwards. A story where two boys find they have more in common than they'd like to think.

"I fucking hate you." "You shouldn't really say things like that when my dick is up your ass, Norris." Two hot-headed athletes with overflowing rage and unwinding sex drive is very much never a good combo. Bryce and Ian never see eye to eye on things. Despite being caged in the same group of friends in the same swimming team of the - yes, you guessed it - same high school, the star swimmers of Norton High hadn't exactly made good first impressions to each other on the ill-fated day they met, and let's just say things spiraled horribly from there. The two rage-fueled boys always thought that they're in this feud for the long haul until one argument escalated into something that at no point in any of their lives would they allow to happen if only they did not get a little too out of control. Sex. There's a thin line between love and hate, and Bryce and Ian's barrier just keeps getting thinner and thinner. A.K.A. Bryce and Ian were fuckbuddies... up until they weren't. Sticking two hot heads who've had it out for each other since day one didn't seem smart. But yet that's exactly what happens. Roman and Will didn't "click" together, the closest they were to having something in common was their swim team and their need to prove each other wrong. This is why they are given an ultimatum: They can give up their swimming scholarships or go to a beach house to mend their relationship. It was simple, they have to spend two months together. No communication with anybody else. Bonding exercises everyday. And absolutely no fighting for two months. Who knows what will come out of this? *** Cover art is "Rolling Muscles, Lapping Waves" by artist Gabriel Garbow
