Rey is also weakened by Ben's lethal injury and finds out through the research in the jedi's books that she and Ben are inextricably linked by the Forcebond originally created by Snoke.... This story is about what will happen to the First Order, Resistance, and Rey and Kylo's relationship after The Last Jedi, The Rise of Skywalker is not considered Canon for the sake of this story.
