There were many myths about the forest kingdom, whether it was real or not. Some claimed that it's people were immortal while others claim they are the ghosts of the dead. Others said that it's people were of humans, hobbits, dwarfs and elves. It was said it was ruled by a beautiful queen, who wore a dress as white as snow, a crown as pure as silver, with silver eyes as bright as the moon. They say if you whispered her name she would give you the knowledge you seek. But that was only a myth... right? The company of Thorin Oakenshield had been running through a dark forest when suddenly everything around them changed, and in the distance stood a large tree, around it was the most beautiful and peaceful kingdom they had ever seen. But please, by the whim of mind and patience of soul, I beseech you to listen all the clear. Tolkien's tale of Middle Earth has fallen from its original translation. His story of Thorin Oakenshield's company once bore truth, but fate was reconstructed in light of a prophecy: The girl born of flame, fostered by the dwarves, royal in her name, and her child's birth. She is the one and only protector of Middle Earth, guardian over Mordor, savior of our royal dwarf. Her knowledge will be countered by family's unknown survival, though fate will turn it right as in sacrifice of her royal line. It isn't just a story, but the Valar's greatest mistake; let the heavens toll loud to save Durin's sons After the war of the ring and the destruction of Sauron, the Valar decided to repeat the past, starting at the union of the company within a small hobbit hole in the typically quiet Shire. Why, you may ask, did they decide to do this? Originally, the Valar had ignored the prophecy stated above (as they had done in the past), allowing the Durin line to be exterminated by the Pale Orc, Azog. However, the reign of Dain and his heirs as they took Erebor's throne turned out to be heartless and cruel, unlike the intended fate of Erebor foretold. Therefore, the Valar decided to turn back the clock, 60 years, giving Gandalf the idea to invite the "girl of fire" to the meeting in Hobbiton. Indeed, this did bring about the intended fate of the Lonely Mountain as well as infinite happiness to the company of heroic dwarves. This is her story, as she sacrificed her line in saving Durin. She was a mysterious one to him when she showed up at the hobbits home. She had the beauty beyond any elf, or human and was only the height of dwarf. Forced to hide her true identity. Bella travels with the company of Thorin Oakenshield to reclaim an ancient homeland that was taken by a merciless dragon long ago. Thorin has an obligation to fulfill to his people while he battles against his own feelings that have suddenly awaken within him. Bella must face obstacles of her own on this journey, including facing who she really is and her feelings for the dwarf king himself.

When Mereniver Hador, a girl in her late teens, is discovered to be a memaid, she has to run. She flees into the forest in hopes that she will never be found but of course that is not the case. The Company of Thorin Oakensheild does not know what to make of her. They want her to come along but their leader doesn't want anything to do with her but she has no choice. She can go back to her old life and be sold to the highest bidder, or she can follow the dwarves, where her fate is uncertain. Which will she choose? And when she does, what will become of her? Please give my story a chance, it will take a few chapter before it gets going, I am open to feedback. Mabyn was born with dwarfism into an already-harsh life. When she is hospitalized and drops into a coma, her mind imagines a better life for her, which to her is simply a life where she is respected, the dangers presented can be fought, and evil is easier to tell apart from the things which she loves. Her imagination transports her to a world of men, elves, dwarves and hobbits, where she unwittingly joins a company of dwarves on their quest to reclaim their homeland, and she finds people with whom she feels at home. *A lot of the dialogue of Tolkien's original characters is kept, as I don't intend to change the story, merely present a different version of it.
