So this is a new book I've created so I can track my actual fitness. I have no idea who'll read it or what no but if you do read this book please understand this is a journal for my fitness. This is a safe space for me and anyone who does have negative things to say please direct message me instead of embarrassing your self.
This won't be things such as starving myself but mostly about keeping track of my progress. Hopefully it'll also inspire people to treat their bodies right.
