This one was kinda inspired by goosebumps. There's a haunted element to this book. The reader had her life taken from her a long time ago, and she now has to rely on a pair of brothers to get it back. Newgate family: Thatch, Marco, Whitey Bay, Ace, Sabo, Luffy and Bonney. Added a couple of girls for the sake of sisterhood this time around. :) I own nothing except the story. Perhaps some dark themes ahead. When you think of a pirate as a kid, you would think they have an eyepatch and parrot on their shoulder. So guess my disappointment when I saw no parrot on shoulder but a lot of scars on the eye instead. So put a parrot. A big bright red parrot with a twist. A twist so large, that it'll change the plot a bit. A sixth crew member that acts as the overseer of the crew and protector. She records the adventures and writes down all the battles that transpire before her as she travels with the Strawhats. Read as she matches the Captain in craziness and rowdiness. Two birds of a feather one might say. She'll change your life through one page at a time. - "If I'm going down, I'm bringing somebody down with me..!" Completed and published: 15.06.2020 Gear, a well known mechanic who rarely would ever be seen in person, not because they were hiding themselves, but because of their very world withdrawn personality. Working on Prosthetics, weapons and ships primarily they were one of the huge names to hire in case there was a need for any one of those things. There are very few things that could make the mechanic retreat from their workshop and go out to get some human contact but they quickly found themselves fascinated with a new piece and what else could get a reclusive person out of their hole than curiosity? I have no ownership of the One Piece Saga or any part of it. I merely use the characters as a way to entertain fellow fans of the anime and Manga.

"I don't think I'll make it before you leave-" You look away, not bearing to face his piercing stare anymore. "I can wait!" he interrupts, letting go of your hand as quickly as he took it. "I mean uhh... me and the crew... we can wait for you," he stutters out. "This place seems pretty cool. I wouldn't mind staying here for a few more days." "We'll see," you softly chuckle in an attempt to hide your blank eyes. "I mean, who else is supposed to save you when you're halfway beaten to death?" Hearing his halfhearted laugh sent a striking pain through your chest. You swallow hard to keep a sob from escaping your throat as you realise this might be the last time you ever hear it. Tears roll down your cheeks, blurring your vision as you lock eyes with the freckled man you've been dreaming about for the past months. The familiar warmth tingles on your skin as he gently cups your face, his thumb carefully wiping away the tears on your cheek.
