On the twelfth hour on October 1st 1989, 43 women gave birth. What was so strange about these 43 women is that none of them were pregnant when the day began. She can slow them down or speed them up, push them back to any point in time as well as stopping them completely. This also allows her to jump back to wherever she was a few minutes ago. She also has very mild psychic abilities, being able to tell if something bad will happen in the near future.
