When 5 kids wake up in a white room with no recollection of who they are, or how they got there, they start to question who they can trust at this unknown building. They soon figure out the disturbing truth about their pasts and why there are there. It's only a matter of time before something horrible happens to them the question is will they all escape alive or will nobody ever escape the asylum.
