America has always hidden his true capabilities and great intelligence by crafting a ploy that no one ever suspected. Not even his family has caught on. He wears sunglasses to mask his true intentions and pretends to be helpless in weak so that other countries will let their guard down around him and once they do he gains valuable information. This is how he's survived for so long-- faking it. One fateful day, Russia catches a glimpse through the act , suspects something, and vows to spy on America for his lost Father, Soviet. America quickly devises devises a foolproof plan on how to get Russia off his trail by using his homophobia against him. Well-- he thought it was foolproof. But even geniuses make mistakes when something unexpected comes their way.

Russia and America are practically opposites...on the surface. Both of them have been through things that would break anyone normal. A broken body and a shattered mind fit them perfectly. But, if they're meant to hate each other why is it their hearts seem to leap out of their chests every time they speak?

One thing has always been clear about Russia and America: They hated each other. It was no surprise; after all, their parents had despised each other, so naturally, their children would hate each other as well. Russia and America had just gotten out of a cold war, and it had only strengthened their feelings of hatred toward each other. One fateful UN meeting, America did something that finally caused Russia to snap. That was the day all hell was let loose. Afterward, a large group of countries met up and decided that Russia and America had to stop arguing, so they consulted UN, and a seemingly brilliant idea was formed. Shock wristbands. Now, these wristbands were programmed to shock the wearer if they leave a certain proximity from one another (1 meter). One was put on Russia, and the other on America. The countries had hoped that by forcing America and Russia to be near each other at all times, they would be able to settle their differences. But binding together one cocky, social, oil-loving country who is actually incredibly insecure and one distant, cold, and terrifying as fuck country with an addiction to vodka... may not be as good of an idea as it seems. Russia, a life drop out, is 'best buds' with America. He's one of the very few who knows of America's vicious deeds. Why doesn't he tell anyone? America has lots of problems in his life but still tries to be positive, even if it doesn't really work out. Russia has problems of his own and tries to keep to himself. Sooner or later they get each others numbers and talk quite a lot that way since they can't see each other anymore. But one particular conversation turns into a day everyone will remember.
