This definitely isn't your or my typical Thomas Shelby Fanfic. This is a story in which Tommy needs to take reign or care of the female protagonist - Jade Verga. This is a story of needing and not just about romance and kisses. Which is something we all crave at the end of the day. It's a stripped down story, one that is raw with truth and angst. That selfish need is a sense of belonging at the end of the day. It's needless to say, this story means a whole lot to me.

Celia Farraday and her family had to travel back to England in order to say goodbye to her dying grandfather. Misfortune falls upon her family then, which forces Celia to find work on the streets of Birmingham to help her parents afford rent.
