The Doctor is sure he can get a companion, even if he's acting like a drunk idiot. The Master thinks not. Having successfully gotten Toby aboard the TARDIS, the Doctor has the right to keep him; As long as he wants him, of course. Now, Toby's only chance to get home is to screw up, but what if he doesn't want to go home? What if one glimpse at a few alien species and a foreign planet isn't enough? Would it really hurt to go traveling with the Doctor and the Master for a little while? Besides, they have a time machine.
