Lone Hill Asylum was a well known asylum constructed in 1845. it housed the insane, criminally insane,and also housed patients that carried dangerous, contagious diseases. Emerson Barrett Kropp was brought here on charges of insanity and killing his own family. which was actually the work of his father. he dies here from a fellow inmate in the middle of the night. Milo is obsessed with Palaye Royale so you and Sofie agreed to get them tickets for their birthday. Today's the day, youre excited but not as much as Milo, that's for sure. You had a funny feeling about tonight and you had no idea why. They were a pretty good band, youre not going to lie and you and Milo made Sofie listen to them before the concert. You still couldnt shake the feeling off though that something was going to happen. It begins when you're sixteen. Every little mark your soulmate makes on their arms appears on yours. Mindless doodles. Class notes. Dicks from their annoying brother. Appointment reminders. Stray slip-ups. Intricate pieces of artwork. Everything. But you can never write back. For 19 year old Lacey Oaks, it was beautiful, detailed, intricate pieces of art. Buildings. Trees. People. All very Victorian. The occasional dick, which was quickly scribbled out. For 21 year old Emerson Barrett, it was mostly cuts.

I take her hand and start the walk to the building. It's very dark out, and the lot is only lit on the front. But I have no trouble finding my way. Once we are walking along the back side of the building, I stop. She is in between myself and the building now, and I don't think I can control myself much longer. I turn to face her, and she faces me. I lift her chin so that I can look into her eyes. At this point, she has no vision. I can tell she is starting to panic. Her pulse is rising. We are finally arriving at my favorite part. 'Shh. Sweetheart, everything is fine.' I coo. 'I just want to thank you for the ride.' I lean down and kiss her neck. Then a lick. Then a bite. Her blood fills my mouth, and I black out. Loosing all control.
