A love story between Rick, Daryl and my character. It's an equal shared love; sorry, there won't be love triangle drama. Character development is normal person change. She doesn't just start all badass ready to end all like a lot of other ones I've read. She's naturally a cocky sweet person, so that's how she starts; how she ends up being towards the end is very different. I had only seen maybe three poly ones, so I figured why not give it a try could be fun. This is a polyamorous (polyandry) book, so don't act blindsided. There will be violence and death and all things that come with the walking dead. There are also very mature scenes for 18+: Drug and alcohol use, sex, launguage, sexual assault, graphic violence. I follow the storyline but not closely. I change things and kill/keep characters the show has done differently. Now that all being said... I do not own any of AMC's The walking dead characters, plots, locations, or anything pertaining to The Walking Dead series, nor do I claim them. My added characters are my own. Beatrix and Daryl had never met before. In fact, they lived two completely different lives. Beatrix lived in the city, right beside of the hospital, which is where she spent most of her time. Her favorite thing to do at work-besides work, of course-was to talk to her patients and the nurses. She had never been in trouble a day in her life. She had a perfect record, not even being stained with as little as a speeding ticket. Daryl lived in a secluded cabin, at least three miles away from any civilization. The only time he ever talked to anybody was when he was forced to at work. He was constantly in and out of jail, mostly taking the blame for his older brother, but nobody knew that except for him. He destroyed the name Dixon. You couldn't have picked two people that were more different. What happens when the apocalypse brings them together? Will they ever be able to be together?
