When Bella's twin sister gets expelled just days before the end of sophomore year, the obvious solution is for her to move back with her Dad. Despite being what most would call a punk, she looks forward to the intriguing town where she is expected to be the perfect daughter of the police chief. Little does Charlotte Anne Swan know that she is about to meet a boy who will change her life forever.
