In the Wizarding World where the Malfoys and plenty of other witches and wizards reside in, there were endless possibilities and surprises that could just surface out of nowhere because of magic. Like the existence of vampires. So little were known about and of vampires because they were beginning to disappear, almost extinct... until Draco Malfoy.
