Four months have passed since the war between Japan and Outcast of Hell. Izuku Yagi is being locked in an unknown facility facing his punishment for his wrongdoing. The world is starting to recover from all the damage caused by the war, but the same cannot be said for Japan. Following the announcement of Izuku's past, chaos plunged into Japan turning it into a city filled with crimes. With the absence of All Might who's crowned to be the Symbol of Peace, villains start to rule the city from the shadow and heroes are nowhere to be seen. His sister began bullying him along with the future class 1A, and the entire society started to dehumanize him. After 10 years of endless physical and psychological bullying, abuse, neglect, and torture, he finally got what he wished for. Izuku Yagi, born to Inko Yagi and Toshinori Yagi, the twin brother of Izumi Yagi. Neglected and abused by his family for the sole fact of him being diagnosed as quirkless. He learned from a very young age that men aren't born equal and he had to face that harsh reality in such a young age. By the age of 12, in his birthday, he decided to leave and never come back. He walked through the forest and he felt hopeless and lost until he decided to just end it all. The pain of his family ostracizing him for being quirkless, hurts too much. He found a waterfall while running in the woods and decided to jump to set himself free from the unbearable pain. But when he woke up, he was surrounded by nothing but water and met a creature that might change his life forever.

A girl who drowned in the sea while asleep and then was reincarnated in another world realized that she was fairy. Why not a human? There was no explanation? Realizing she had already died it was then an agreeable fairy that appeared before her. She was then taken to the land of fairies. "Well, anyway, since I have been reincarnated into this world I want to travel around to all places!" She decided to go on a journey with her friend but the world is quite a troublesome place. What will however happen if the symbol of peace gives him an answer he has never though he would hear? More importantly, what will he do once he finds out he still has family out there?
