I've never actually shifted before this is just a catalog of some shifting methods I found on amino.

Self-explanatory. Quirks for all your OC needs. All quirks made by me, of course, there is no such thing as an original idea anymore so don't @ me. Yes for now it might talk a bit more about BNHA and i'm sorry, but that's why I labeled specific sections for BNHA.
