All the while dealing with school, and being our favorite web slinging hero in his free time. As Peter gets closer to his childhood idol and a certain red and black wearing boy named wade, he felt like he couldn't be happier. But what happens when May dies? Even though Peter has saved a lot of people in this city, even the people who hate him, but what happens when one night out on patrol, The Avengers attack him, and seriously hurts him. What if this continues for weeks, getting attack and hurt by his idols, as they try to unmask Peter, until the vulture appears, and an accident happens involving the life's of innocent kids, and The Avengers are revealed the horrible secret. That Spider man is just a scared, and brave 15 year old kid. The title is kind of self-explanatory but here is the description. When Fury wants the Avengers to capture Spiderman to find out his identify, Spidey is determined to never let himself be caught. But when there is an emergency, he has no choice but to join forces with the very people who are trying to capture him: the Avengers. After the fight, he escapes, and leaves the Avengers wondering the answer to a very important question: Does Spiderman really need to be captured?

Peter Parker is at the end of his rope. He's beginning to crumble under the weight of a not-so-great home life, a traumatic past, and the responsibility of being Queen's friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Anthony Edward Stark has been struggling to move on from the tragic loss of his son, using caffeine, work, and his friends as a distraction from his grief.
