I'm sure they really didn't want to know the truth. Even if they did, they couldn't bear it if they didn't seek it out. I find human curiosity quite fascinating, don't you? I mean, it's not like humans have to know everything. There are some things that are meant to remain a secret.

Oriella Brix is the next heir to the vampire throne but after her sister, the queen is attacked by a group of werewolves, security within the royal vampire society increases as they begin recruiting vampires and humans. Oriel isn't a fan of humans and only wants a team of vampires.
