Written in 2017 and edited in 2021. I wrote this short story my senior year of high school. I just found it and thought it was really good! I submitted it to my teacher and got an A so he liked it too. Sensitive content about shootings, in this case a school, so I will consider it as "mature content." This story takes place in a different world than ours. In a world where we aren't allowed to go a little crazy but we still do. It's called madness and no one is safe. It doesn't pry on the weak, it pries on whoever comes close to it. We get a glimpse at what it's like to fall into madness. Theses kids aren't shooting at each other, but at themselves. Unintentional suicide, it's the madness.
