This is just something I made. Basically, I am gonna upload different power system ideas I like to call "File Entries" and if people want, all they gotta do is ask and they can use them. Simple as that. Also, just saying now, no art used it mine. I just find it or someone shows it to me, and I think it fits, so I use it. Just FYI I also do take requests. Just suggest something like an element or a character from a show, film, book, game, whatever, and I can try and turn it into a power. He then noticed he was on a medical cot of some sort, an ivy drip in one arm and another tube in the other with red fluid going into his arm... the other end of the tube connected to the green skinned man.
