Everyone knows the story of the Phantom of the Opera, or at least the one that ballet rats told. This is the real story of the masked genius and the young soprano. The Victome de Changy was not Christine's childhood sweetheart. To Christine, he was nothing but to her but a rich patron of the Opera House who wanted to marry her. And Christine Daaé, well she was still a ballerina in the ballet de corps, who snuck out to see her angel of music for voice lessons. And then on that faithful night, the scarlett soprano made her singing debut. But what happens after, she never expects. From indescribable passions and jealous suitors, Christine realizes that love is not like a fairy tale. Especially not when one is loving an angel.

She thought that maybe she made a wrong choice and continued thinking of Erik... Her poor unhappy Erik. Is he still down there? Is he even alive? It's two years after the Final Lair and Erik and Christine are happily married. They're living under the opera house in Erik's home. Christine is still the lead soprano at the Opera and Erik is still the infamous phantom. Nobody knows of their marriage. Except Nadir Kahn Everything is fine until the managers plan to kill the Phantom once and for all. They'll do anything to make sure he's dead. But when Christine starts telling them not to, they get suspicious. Christine begins to realize that the man she married is still a criminal. Will they be able to keep their marriage a secret, or will the world find out. They must go through tough times to stay safe. But will safety be the cost of love. All that's known is one fact: Erik is a wanted man.

Approaching the old opera house was much more difficult than Christine Daaé had imagined. Not because of the fallen debris, or the scorched marble staircase she had to climb to reach the top. Nor was it the bittersweet memories that began to flash through a deep and pushed away piece of her consciousness when she managed to open the door that lead inside.
