Of course no one would believe the delusional quirkless boy who always mumbles to someone who nobody had ever seen, and was obsessed with books about of elixirs and conjurations and hypnosis. That of course changed when odd things began to occur around the boy. It started with his childhood 'friend's' broken arm healing mysteriously. Then, when everyone who crossed the boy ended up getting hurt. And lastly, when people began to swear they saw his shadow move without him. The town was full of whispers about how that boy may not be as quirkless as they thought.. But quirks like that don't exist. ...right?

The war is over. Lord Voldemort defeated, the 7th years have been invited back to repeat their final year at Hogwarts school. Harry, convinced by his best friend Hermione Granger begrudgingly returns as well. When faced with having to live in close proximity to his childhood rival Draco Malfoy, Harry will have to learn things about himself as well as the blonde haired boy that he never wanted to find out. The war is over, and it's time to return to school to make up the seventh year that so many missed. But there are those who won't be returning. Guilt weighs down on him always, and nightmares chase him in his sleep. Everyone worships him as the savior of the Wizarding World, but he doesn't feel like a hero. When these two broken boys come together, they will find understanding, comfort, and friendship in the most unlikely places, and maybe just a bit more. It's the 8th year of Hogwarts, Harry has PTSD and is isolating from everyone. The few people that came back all share a common room and they have to share dorms. This story is set in around Harry's 6th year and dear old Voldy is still alive.
